How long does it take my order to ship?

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days 

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

  • Yes, within 24 hrs of placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. *Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received the email 

Can I cancel my order?

  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, order cancellations cannot be made.

My return window has expired. Can I still make a return?

  • We offer a 7 day return window, returns will not be accepted outside of the complimentary return period.

How long does a return take to process?

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for a customer service representative to review your return inquiry.  Returns have to be inspected and approved before processing, which will take an additional 1-2 business days once approved.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Orders over $150.00 USD are eligible for free shipping.

What if my package is lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered?

  • Its is unfortunate when a package is not successfully delivered as it intended, but we are NOT responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. We also cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided 

When will you restock items that are sold out?

  • Subscribe to receive notifications on item restocks, in most cases restocks are TBD.
