PLEASE REVIEW OUR SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY CAREFULLY :

SHIPPING : 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders including returns/exchanges and lost/stolen packages.
  • Note: Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays.

PRETTIE & PRIM is NOT liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was delivered to wrong desired address or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

RETURNS :

  • If a product is categorized as final sale, returns or exchanges will not be permitted.
  • All of our custom products are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns for any custom items.
  • Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories, hair care and hair brushes or tools.
  • Refunds for domestic orders shipped within the United States will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code. 

ALL Domestic orders have a complimentary 7-Day exchange and returns for a low cost.

  • Return items must be unwashed, unworn and in its original condition with the tags attached.
  • Every return request is subject to an inspection and approval.
  • If your return is denied, you will be notified via email and the package will be returned to sender.
